We are confident you'll be pleased with your Modern Yardage fabric order!  


All orders are checked for quality before being mailed out, but if you find a manufacturing defect in any of your fabric, we will issue you a refund or replace the fabric for you. Other than in the case of a defect, all sales are final once printed. This includes circumstances where the fabric is not the color that the customer expected. If color matching is important, we suggest ordering a small portion of fabric in advance to color check before placing a large order. We print orders as they come in, specifically for our customers.

Defective fabric must be returned within 30 days of order.  Refunds will be issued once items are returned to Modern Yardage.  Refunds will not be issued for shipping & handling charges.  Sale items may not be returned.  All returned fabric must be uncut & in original condition.  


A sales tax of 6.85% is charged to Utah residents only.  

Methods of Payment:   We are happy to accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.


We take orders online only.


Because our fabric is printed especially for you, all orders have a lead time of 1 week. Believe us when we tell you that it is worth the wait! We will ship immediately after fabric has been produced and packaged, sooner than a week if possible. 


We charge actual shipping costs and ship exclusively with USPS.


We also offer international shipping. Rates vary by country. The best shipping value comes when ordering between 5 - 9 yards. We can then ship in a priority flat rate envelope for $33 to most countries and just $24 to Canada.
